Long term builder positions

Hello,

I will be needin some long term builders to be building on our server. It will not be paid at first but once the money comes in you might get a bit.

Requirements:

• Need to be free for 2 hours at least 2 days a week
• Experience
• HQ builds
• Team player

We are also open to the idea of partnership with a build team (long term)

Roare is right, you might get a few people to build for you, but they arnt going to be very good. Anyone with good building skills, is going to be building for people that are willing to pay.

No will build on your server for free if they're actually any good at it, even for a short amount of time, ESPECIALLY because you're not really giving any guaranteed money.

I think by free, the OP meant you have to dedicate that amount of time, not necessarily for free... Hope I got that right?

I interpreted it as not getting paid for the builds, but a possible chance of getting a little money if the server makes money. Which for attest 4 hours a week work, for as many weeks until the server makes money, isn’t much of an incentive.

And no, 2 hours over 2 days. So if you want 1 hour on Friday and 1 hour on Saturday, fine, or 2 hours on one day.

Hmm, say for a decent sized spawn, maybe 60x60 for your server. When the server is open and making, how much would you say the builder would earn from this?

If we didn't have a spawn (which we do) if one person did the whole thing.

Around the 20-30 $ mark.

This is a long term position, so like I said, when we say we need something we will call you and you will come do what we say you do then you can do whatever you like until we need you next. And you get paid PER build.
