I agree with BDM. If you just want a cheap server, look for budget hosts. If you want a server with high-end hardware it's gotta be expensive.

For a budget host, I would recommend https://pebblehost.com/
For a more premium host, https://elhostingservices.com/ is a great choice.
There is also https://titannodes.com/, which I have personally used. They have some really good hardware for $1.9/GB if I am not wrong, but they are on sale now so it's a bit cheaper.

Also, I have got to add that you should avoid host with "Unlimited Ram". Basically what those are is that the host will give you as much ram your Minecraft instance needs, hoping that the total ram usage of all the users would not exceed the actual ram limit of the dedicated server. This would cause problems if someone else's Minecraft instance suddenly uses a lot more ram than usual and take over dedicated server. There is really no true "unlimited" or "unmetered" hosting plan. All MC instances are limited by the hardware of the dedicated server it's running on.
