I think he wants something unique/exclusive (but inspired by that server). Besides, stealing from other servers is not only unethical, but it also gives your server a bad reputation.

Exclusive on this site means that it is only available for one server instead of selling non-exclusively to many. Servers with these are generally seen as better/higher quality.

On god no cap, all I need is a world with lots of resources in it. Nothing fancy, but preferably with a couple of houses and stuff
