Looking for developer

We, at revilsmc, are looking for a developer who can develop guards/npcs and have lots of experience in coding NPCs (example: Cosmic Prisons Guards). Pay will be included, you decide the amount. We need the NPCs/Guards to guard a region/position. If a player is part of that region, and tries to break a block in someone elses region, the guards will target them. The guards should spawn using eggs. We need the guards to be right-clickable to put armor/weapons on them. Wherever the guard is placed, it shall remain there. If a player is attacked by a guard, and leaves the region, the guard will return to its original location.
