Looking for server partner

Hello,
I have been creating minecraft servers ever since 2012, i must have had at least 10 in total, a lot of them have failed due to lack of funds and lack of motivation due to the hundreds of hours of work and no result. This time, I created a server last October, gone through some problems but the server has still not been launched yet and it really needs to get launched.

It is a survival/economy minecraft server but it is going to be unique, I won't give too much information away here but I am learning bukkit plugin coding so that contributes to the server's development as I am looking to eventually looking to code some custom plugins for the server.

I feel I need a partner that will pay for 50% of the server bills, have 50% ownership/leadership, have 50% of profits. I will be the other 50%. I am good in developing minecraft servers and everything on the technical side but I need a partner which is great on the front end of the server, hosting events but being in charge of the server spawn, due to a problem with deleted backups, I lost my old server spawn so I am rebuilding it, I dedicate a lot of my time to minecraft so it shouldn't take too long.

I am looking for a partner which is:
Willing to take risks
Has good leadership skills
Can remain calm under stress and frustration
Passionate for the server

Did anyone ever say 1k? Your over exagerating things. You're comments are unhelpful and irrelevant, please go somewhere else because mc-market is directed towards mature members.

And second, it's quite clear that you haven't read the post fully because I never asked people to "send me 1k". My minecraft server is in no way affiliated with mc-market, nor do I want to have anything to trade with it by sending "1k", I am using it to advertise my "looking for a partner thread" because if it is too confusing for you, I believe my words are trying to reach member's that are interested in becoming a partner of my minecraft server, having 50% ownership.

You must be a very bored person to leave unhelpful irrelevant comments on a post that you shouldn't be interested in if you don't want to become a partner.

This is completely irrelevant to the topic at hand. I don't understand why people will come onto a thread that is clearly directed towards finding a mature and passionate server partner just to trash the thread or post irrelevant content, it's bizarre.

I think they must have just spammed things on lots of threads because I'm not really looking for a partner anymore as the thread is slightly old
