Lottery plugin question

I have seen this one lottery plugin on a few servers now, and I don't quite know what one it is, would anyone happen to know this plugin here?

It has a GUI with a few lottery ticket choices? I can't really find a picture of it, but I would like to add this plugin to my server, if you know the plugin please link me! Thanks!

Why don't make it by yourself?

Because, there is already a plugin out there, and that is beyond what I can do. I can only make simple script plugins
