-Introduction-
My players name is Imoji, that almost everyone of you can see under my account. For a few reasons I prefer to have my real name private. I hope it is not necessary to have my real name. As of now I am not fourteen yet, so you might have in your mind that I am thirteen and that is correct genius! I was born in the Netherlands and never moved to another country, so I still live here. I am currently studying a bilingual study, that means that all of my lessons are given in English, I am not in Grade 7. So that's the first class in the Netherlands on the high school. Learned enough about me? Let's go the next section
-Staff Experience-
I have been staff on many servers, but a time ago stopped to celebrate my summer holiday and basically just completely stopped for a time with Minecraft. Now I want to make a new start of my career at an other server.
Experience as a proud staff member:
1. PrimeMC
This server was the start of my journey I was pretty famous over there and still a little bit but I left the server because the server is dying in my opinion. So, I started on this server as a Helper and ended my journey here as a Helper. I have made a nice and long experience on this server, I have been staff on here for over 4 months, I resigned one time here and came back after some weeks. You could found me mostly in the gamemode Skyblock or Prison (OP to be clear).
-Average people on here; 1000-2000 players
2. VeloxPvP
I have been staff on here for a pretty small time in my opinion, it was like 2-3 weeks. But it was very nice to be staff on this small server. I was builder and head-moderator at the same time. I have made a great relationship with the owner of this server, I have build the server with the owner, this server had 2 owners but the other owner made the forum and things like that. Quite short after my leaving the server was down.
-Average people on here; 5 players (most of them where staff)
3. CyanidePvP
Well also a small period of time I was a staff member on here, it was like 4 weeks exactly if I am right but besides that it is a really nice faction server. I also was a head-moderator on here. Sadly, I didn't had a very good relationship with the owner he was a bit childish in my opinion and I don't like people like this so he demoted me actually I resigned, but he necessarily wanted to demote me so I said: 'fine demote me'.
-Average people on here; 10-15 players
As you have noticed, If have never done management on pretty big servers, but I have on small servers but did not wrote about them because they are not really important to know and I don't have much to tell about them.
-Position-
As you have already read, I do manage in many ways.
Community Management; Most of the time online on the forum, to accept applications, handle with spams (robots), donation issues and bugs/glitch to discuss them with the developers and builders. Only online in-game for issues.
Social media Management; I do all the things on the web to inform all the players of the servers, I need social media accounts and a good contact with the owner and developers. I also post store discounts on the web and other new things.
Mentor; I help the new staff (and the other staff ofcourse) with planning their roster. I keep them on the good track. Not a real management rank, but it is really needed though for pretty big servers.
Note; can do several things at the same time, we will discuss the combining if a combining is needed.
-Payment-
yep, the hardest section to tell about. There is actually only one reason that I ask a small donation, the reason is that I do this in my free time. I can do many more things in my time and get a lot more money. But I like to do management on servers, that's why I ask a pretty small donation. it is not much compared with other experienced managers as me.
Payment will be discussed during the discussion.
note; payment depends on the kind of management I got accepted
