MC account sniper scripts What language? HTML???

I am just learning html and I was wondering how the script was coded and such I want to start a shop but I get out "sniped" can any one give me a idea on the script and such?

HTML is Hyper Text Markup Language.
It is a simple markup language and is used primarily for the "outline" of a website.

Most Minecraft Snipers that are on the web are developed in scripting and programming languages such as JavaScript and PHP and include HTML for basic markup of it.
It can be done in other languages as well.

Some Minecraft Snipers that are desktop applications can be programmed in many many other languages.

Either way, a sniper is made up of multiple languages and not just HTML.
