Hey, i'm interested in applying for the server. Here's my thread offering staff:

Past experience with moderating/administrating: I have had a multitude of past staff experiences, some of them I have had the luck of climbing the ranks to owner, admin and community manage whilst some of them I simply stayed moderator. Over the 4 years I have been playing Minecraft I have always pursued a good server (with staff to match) and eventually I will settle down.
Out of all the servers I have played on and been staff on; there's one that particularly sticks out to me and it has to be a server named K.D.G and while the server was not a Minecraft server (it was gmod) I still enjoyed the experience as you could talk to the players without the need of an external client such as teamspeak or skype. Another server that sticks out has to be a network which I was coder/server manager for which was the VG network which had arma 3 servers and a garrys mod network however I left that network due to issues with how it was being led.
Do you work well under pressure?:Extremely well (In my opinion) I currently have college on 3 weekdays and I'm up to date with all of my work (almost an assignment ahead of everyone else) and I work extremely well to deadlines and being forced into a specific situation is always fun as there's always a different result, whether it's good or bad is how you manage it.
Do you have experience with factions servers?: Yes I have owned small faction servers before whilst also being admin, moderator and co-owner on servers before. I also know all the commands which are involved in faction servers as well as how to assist players in setting up a faction and inviting players, removing them and adding players to various ranks within their own faction.
What are your best skills & traits: I believe that my best traits in my opinion are my friendliness as well as my ability to fix situations and make everyone feel involved and as if they have helped organised something, this was mainly used whilst I was managing the gmod servers and sorting out what everyone as a team could do.
How many hours can you contribute daily?:I can contribute any amount of hours that are required or needed by the server, alternatively, playing on the server as leisure time I would daily (most likely) achieve at least 5-7 hours.
What makes you stand out from the others?: I believe that my past experience within Minecraft moderating and management makes me suitable and stand out for the role whilst my creativity and ability to use Photoshop to produce graphics makes me helpful for any players who require it. I also believe that my abilities at video editing as well as recording would make me a helpful addition to the server.

So, I ended up doing some research on the server, to make sure that everything checked out before I considered applying, and I noticed out of nowhere, you got a random boost in players. Why is that? Did you end up advertising your server?
Because, you stated that you "have a fairly large player count, ranging from 75 - 175 players a day"
Well, it seems that you only just begun reaching those heights. It says your average is around 50 players, so why the random spike? That stuff doesn't just happen, trust me, I know.
And may I ask why your site is down?

We had a spike in players yesterday due to the reset, and we had a spike in players like 2 weeks ago due to our advertisements.

Depends on what it is, time pressure, pretty well.

1/3 servers I mentioned above(Paradox) was a Factions server, so I have experience with administrating that, and all I play on Minecraft is MCSG, Hypixel, and Factions, so I'm pretty experienced.

Social skills, moderating, administrating plugins.
How many hours can you contribute daily?:
3+, 5+ on weekends
What makes you stand out from the others?:
I've owned 3 servers (2 successful ones), and administrated a third. I know how donations work, groups, commands, permissions, advertising, hosting, plugins, all of the stuff I used to have to deal with daily. If you ever need any help with the server or a plugin, I will usually be able to find someway to help, whether it be trial and error, or looking up a Wiki page. I also love sitting on forum sites, so I can monitor the site as well.

Yes, but it really varies on the situation. Most of the time, I will strive to keep everything now order and get the best out of the situation. Also to take control, as I am a hardened leader. Other times if it is something I am not able to do something under pressure, I will seek the proper authority to help me on my way!
Do you have experience with factions/prison servers?:
I have owned several servers, not to mention moderated a few aswell. I know all the ins and outs for both types of servers and can easily grow in the environment some more!
What are your best skills & traits:
I feel like I've got exceptional communication skills, I'm very active, I will strive to keep the community safe, and fun for everyone who has joined us, I always listen to superiors, I can solve disputes with maturity and handle them in a respectable matter, I'm always answering questions to those in need to make them have a better experience here at this server, I'm very hard working when it comes to helping out new players, In the end I would like to say that with dedication, hard work and extreme professionalism, I expect to carry out my position providing support and advice to any in need in which could lead players or anyone else in the right direction.

What makes you stand out from the others?:
I believe that my strong work ethic makes me a very good candidate for this staff position. All of my individual aspects put together make me a great staff member and I think I could really help your server. I try to strive towards greatness and no matter what i never give up!
