I will be hiring small or even big developers into my group where I get to advertise the developer's skills onto a website (will be working on this as the group gets bigger) and onto this thread where they can get a lot of coverage and many of the eyeballs of MCM!

Skills:
HTML, PHP, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL are used for making websites.
C# is used for coding games and programs!
Skript is for making basic custom features in your minecraft server to make it stand out
Java/Bukkit API is used to make Minecraft Plugins.
LUA is commonly used for modding games like GMOD.
