This is one of my first pre-made builds that i have uploaded onto MCMarket!
Note: This build can only be sold once! and 100% of the ownership goes to the buyer.
Details:
This build is around 75 x 75 blocks in size, Making it an ideal factions spawn with four surrounding walls and four possible exits (N,E,S and W.) This build looks amazing from both the inside (spawn area) and the outside, and is fully detailed throughout! The spawn has four corners to it, allowing room for essentials such as Enchantment area's, mob spawners, portals etc..
Payments:
I am hoping for around $30 BIN, however this price is Negotiable, and can be discussed on skype

All Images Are taken without a texture pack or shaders.
Each image is taken with a FOV of 70.
