What do I want?
⁃ Custom Enchants including Haste II (Just gives you haste 1, When level 2, give you haste II) , Explosion 1-20 (Explodes blocks in mines, When level increases, 4 more blocks can be broken with explosion at a time), Absorption I (Only gives you 5 Absorption hearts when activated, no level II), Instant Health I (Gives you 5 hearts back, No version II) LifeSteal II (Steals 1 heart from another player and when version II, steals 2 hearts from player), Fire II (Instant Smelts ore and if version II, it also has a chance of doubling ore). That is it. All of these enchants should have like a 100 second cool down for level 1. And for level II, a 50 second cool down. I want the ability to preform when you right click the item and the ability will go on for 5 seconds. When level II, the ability will go on for 10 seconds. The explosion ability will automatically preform when you hold the pickaxe forever. If you let go of the pickaxe, the explosion ability will stop.
⁃ Custom made Spawn. I want spawn custom made Ice themed. I want the spawn to include a nice PvP arena and mines A - D. If a person not D rank and tries to enter the D mine using spawn, I want it to say they can't enter in. I want the spawn to be super HUGE.
⁃ I want a Texture Pack. If this is possible, I want most of the stuff Icy Blue and look somewhat like the normal Minecraft stuff. I also want fire to be blue.
⁃ I want Huge Mines. This would be great. I want them to have there own unique feature, here is a list what I want the special feature/type of mine to be:

Y = You can choose. I do not care I just want something different from each mine. I want different ores in different mines starting off with iron ore / coal ore to diamond blocks / emerald blocks / obsidian blocks. I just want something different in each mine. I don't care about the prices too, just don't make em' to low or too high. I want donor mines. I will have 5 donor ranks setup. The first donor rank, I want everything to almost be equivalent to mine G. For the second donor rank, I want the mine to be almost equivalent to mine K. For third donor rank, I want the mine to be almost equivalent to mine O. For the fourth donor rank, I want it to be almost equivalent to mines S. For fifth donor rank, I want the mine to be almost equivalent to V mine. Not to mention, for all ranks I want to make it hard to rank up with low selling prices and expensive rank up prices. I just don't want the ranks to be like impossible to get too.
Ranks. I want different ranks. I want the permissions plugin to be PermissionsEx.
Ranks:
A - Z with the permissions a original prison server would have like /warp A, Nothing special. Besides each rank gets their own kit like /kit A. I also want each rank with a random color. For example, &4[&aA&4] I want helper to have /kick, /tempban, /fly, /tp, /mute, and /tempmute.. I want Admin to have /kick, /tempban, /fly, /tp, /tpo, /ban, /mute, and /tempmute. I want Developer, Owner, and Co-Owner. I want Op tags to be blue and op and under to be red (Besides normal players). For example, &3[&bOwner&3] and &4[&aHelper&4] I want no bold. I also do not want any rank before helper to have /tpa. I will edit donor ranks just give permissions to warp. EDIT: Do not setup donor ranks just setup donor mines.
I want Prestiges from Prestige 1 - 50. Each prestige has to go back and do the prison again for ranks A - Z using the same mines. If you can, increase the price of the ranks each time you prestige.
Selling/Buying. I want people to sell and buy stuff. In their plot, I want people to sell / buy in their plot. I want it to be just like the chest shop plugin. You can get it if you want. In the shop, I want every block in the game about 100k $$ for a stack of each block. The only blocks I don't want to be in the shop are any kind of blocks in mines, and Op blocks like Bedrock, Barriers, and Command Blocks. I also don't want to sell anything you can make from the materials you get from mining in mines and anything from kits. In each mine, I want a Sell-All sign that sells everything you have in your inventory that is eligible for selling in that mine.
Kits. I want the starter kit to have Protection 20 Diamond armor with Unbreaking 24, Efficiency 100 diamond shovel, Efficiency 100 diamond pickaxe Witt Unbreaking 1000, 10 enchanted golden apples, 64 steak, Sharpness 20 Axe with Efficiency 100 and Unbreaking 1000, Sharpness 20 sword with Unbreaking 1000. Each rank will have a kit. Rank A will start with an efficiency 100 pickaxe. Each time you rank up, you unlock a kit, and the kit will have a pickaxe 10 enchantment levels above the rank befores pickaxe.
PVP. I want the PvP area a all icy themed and I want a combat tag. PvP will be enabled in /warp free.
AH. I want an Auction House GUI just like the plugin AuctionHouse (Spigot premium plugin config basically, don't give the plugin)

GUI
I want a Help, kits, and rank up GUI. I want the help gui to include different sections like one section is about the custom enchants, one is how to use plots, and one is a guid to use AuctionHouse. I want the kit GUI to show the kits you can claim. There will be a green stained glass indicating it is ready to be claimed. It will also say the kit is ready to claim in green when you hover over the green glass stained pane. The lore will say which kit it is. When the kit is claimed and you have to wait a time, the glass pane appears red. When you hover over the red glass pane, it says: Wait {time you have to wait} to claim this kit again! I want this message to be red. The lore will say the kit name. I want the rankup GUI to show all the ranks. The ranks that you did not earn yet will be red besides the rank after the rank you are currently at, which will be green. Everything will be in glass stained panes for the rankup, kits, and help GUI. The lore for each glass stained pane in the rankup GUI will have the price of the rank. The name of each stained pane in the rankup GUI will say the rank name with the exact rank color.
Crates:
I want Vote, Legendary, Elite, Uncommon, and Common crates.
You may choose what items are in the crate. Just make it reasonable. Something like an efficiency 300 pickaxe in the legendary crate.
