The project is about a gamer called jermain that wanted to help other people making gaming thier job.
My main focus are the autistic teens that have a hard time getting a job but are good at some things and the main this that they are good at is gaming thats why i founded the project.

I am a 16 almost 17 year old gamer a special gamer i actually have dyslexia and autism but over time i learned to use it in a good way that why i started streaming and making youtube vids because why not use my ability of focusing in 1 thing GAMING is that thing!

This whole project is done with a small budget so the payments for the employes wont be done on the start that will. The payments are done from donators that support the employes

Ah my bad, but here are some words of advice. I highly doubt anyone will work for maybe payment if maybe your server gets popular. If they are just going to get a portion of donations why wouldn't they just start their own server and get 100% of the donations? I suggest doing some jobs on here, raising around $1-2k and then starting it with a large budget.
