Past Work Experience: Most of my experience has come from small, short lived servers from months ago. However last month I was accepted to a network, which had been alive for several years and in the last week the owner has been very dormant, I've recently resigned and am looking for a loving community to pass on my skills. During my stay I was very active on the beta server and forums, where I welcomed players as well as enforced rules within the forum.

What you will do to help as a Staff Member: Contribute towards discussions, enforce rules with the server/forums as well as bring new and fresh ideas to the table. To support and encourage my fellow peers to do the best they can.
Why you want to join as a Staff Member: I see it as something to do, give me an on going goal to accomplish, I'd like to share my knowledge and understandings within certain areas and of course learn from what others have to say. I'd also like to be apart of a great community where players and staff have great trust in each other and I hope I can add to this.

Lemon Cloud - 500-1200 player base server, worked as a helper for 3 months until getting demoted for Lack of Maturity. 2344 posts on the forums, 765 positive ratings of which I joined July 27th, 2015. I also had around 500 punishments given out.
Vexal Prison - 10-40 player base server, worked as a helper for 1 month until resigning due to the owner not putting in enough work himself. I was mainly the Head-Helper here, helping other helpers and even moderators what to do.
MineHour - 15-30 player base server, worked as a helper for 2 weeks until resigning to apply for Lemon Cloud. Yet again one of the main helpers here, and I also helped review staff applications with the owner and manager.

What you will do to help as a Staff Member: Me, being a Moderator at MineFantasy, I would do many things. First off, I will be very active in-game, moderating the chat and watching for hackers, considering OP Factions can bring a lot of hackers. Second off, I will always be making guides or tutorials on the forums for the fellow community players, and interacting with them as well. Lastly, I can be very funny, so I am not that boring guy, but I can also be serious when the time comes.
Why you want to join as a Staff Member: I want to join MineFantasy as a staff member because I think I can help change the community. I am the guy that has no limits, and always asks himself, okay whats the next thing I need to do? I am a non-stop hard worker that will put all of my time and effort into your server. I want to help make it better, and that is why I am applying for MineFantasy.​

Dude, you're server isn't that popular, since you are still like a brand new network project, make the requirements more simple, then when you get large over time, up the requirements. We know that you want your staff members very professional and trusted, but man, it's too harsh.

It is a new server, you're correct there and I would like a mature, professional staff team (which is why I'm here).
The server hasn't been released yet and if you look, you can still apply for Mod/Helper. I just up'd the requirements for Admin.
