Introduction:
MineralCity is a new network that I created, I want it to grow as much as possible while creating tons and tons of new mini-games and adding more servers to it!
We strive to always been creating and innovating new things because we want to be unique. Now, obviously it's hard to be unique when you don't have developers to code what you need. This is why i'm creating this post!
What we're looking for:
We're currently looking for 3-4 developers who have much experience when Java / MySQL and can code just about anything possible in the Minecraft world!
We also need developers who aren't constantly busy, If you don't have a lot of free time in the day then there is no point in even applying. A small simple plugin shouldn't take 3-4 days because you were busy with school or in real life situations (I obviously understand some things)
How payments will be handled:
The plugin prices will be discussed on the size of the plugin.
When we both agree on a price / time of completion for a plugin, Then it needs to be done by then. Each day you fail to deliver the plugin like we agreed we'll be taking off 5% of the payment.
You'll be paid only after the plugin is done and we've fully tested it on your server!
