Monthly Crates Plugin

I'm looking for a monthly crates plugin similar to this one: https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/monthlycrates-1-7-1-10.23610/

I attempted to purchase this multiple times, and had a friend attempt with their paypal, and it doesn't work (https://prnt.sc/hiytd0)

Apparently this is because the resource is inactive and doesn't get updated anymore, or something along those lines.

Therefore I'm looking for an alternative that preferably does the same, not looking to pay anymore than $10 as thats what was allocated to that plugin.

EDIT: Just to clear some things up, I'm not asking for one to be made for me at $10, i'm hoping someone might have one which they are willing to sell (non exclusive) for $10.

Just cause the plugin was for sale for $10, that doesn’t mean that’s how much it’s worth to make it. He was selling it for $10 each and made tons of sales off of it. That means less users for the developer to sell it to. Im not saying it’s going to be $100 or anything, but you won’t get it for the mere price it was posted.

Hey, I didn't say this as in a REMAKE would be $10, I was hoping someone had one which they could sell for $10 (NOT EXCLUSIVE) as that's all I can spend on it due to me allocating that money to the plugin.

I'm not stupid, i know that i won't get one remade for $10, thanks anyways!
