Most Popular Server Type?

I have made previous server that were all relatively successful. Now I'm ready to create another however, back then I didn't have McMarket as my trusted ally. What do you guys think? What is the most popular server type? Also, what kind of server is the easiest to grow?

Factions then Op prison, most popular but theres to many of them and its really hard for smaller server to kick of with it.
