Name Spoofer Mod?

I don't know much about coding, but I was wondering if someone here would be able to make a mod that spoofs a player to someone else, Like merge client did but just the mod itself. And how much would it cost? Not sure if this is the right place to ask because it's not a plugin but I was thinking that maybe if someone here can make plugins, they could make small mods. Idk but when it spoofs the name, it should also add their OF/Minecon Cape

You could do this client sided (Only you will see it) although if you were to want it server sided you would need to find an exploit within the server which allowed you to spoof a player's UUID.

That's a plugin. Without the plugin it is IMPOSSIBLE to make a client sided name changer. The most you could do is change the capitalization of your name

Just get the Merge Client.

It is possible to make it server sided, I know a server that has a /nick that changes for everyone except for the user himself tho lol

Not possible to make it server sided, but you can make it client sided (so the name change only shows for you)

You can't spoof UUID's since the Mojang authentication servers are ready for any type of spoofing attack.

However, if the server is in offline mode then you can!
