You won't get a free developer, if a developer was going to volunteer for you to create plugins without any profit he might as well create cores and plugins and then sell them on here for profits. You either will need to get cracked cores that insert ways to take over your server, or you get money to pay developers, and this would most likely cost you a $100 just for an average hcf core. I'm sorry but this will never work out for you, I would stick to playing shitty hcf servers like Velt.

1. There is going to be ways to get op on the server without console access, this will also put the players in danger, and if you don't care about that then you shouldn't be hosting a server in the first place. Players need to know that their server owner will do anything to put them out of danger. That's why RecklessMC never worked out, there was a hole in the core and that allowed a player to leak all the player data and plugins.
2. HCF Cores that have been leaked will not do you justice, unless you want to be an average hcf server that no one will play on. HCF Servers only work out if they have something unique. I Have a fully customized hcf core created by a developer, he never added a new class. That's what I'm working on right now, once I finish that, that's when the hcf core will be working and ready to release. I would give you some ideas, but that would do no use since you do not know how to code. If you're looking for a leaked hcf core, there is something called youtube, you type in HCF Leaked Core, then you download it change the scoreboard and commands and then you risk your player data being leaked as well as your own.
