This partnership will be 50/50 I have owned a successful server that made 14g and sold for $1000. I have a idea for another server different than any factions server before it and I know it will blast off after talking to many people from a variety of server over the past few days. This won't be that easy but I will bring majority of the funding and you will bring the coding and help manage the server coding wise nothing will be very elaboration but some shit will need to be done of course. Looking for someone very serious developers with a will and want to be successful in order to be part of this you will have to prove your development skills with a portfolio and then a task that must be completed. If you are looking for "very serious developers" you should know that proposing 50/50 without any stable guaranteed salary is like telling a joke, but it is not very good joke.
Also task must not be related to what you are doing, so you will not just reuse that code for free.

If you want to hire professional developers, you need to start begin professional in first place. Percent of money the server is making can be a bonus to some guaranteed salary, like 20$/h + 20%, but not as basic salary itself, also it would be good then to provide some contract that will guarantee that we will not be fired right after server will start to make money.
