Ram : 32GB .
Must have a friendly and a good Support .

32GB for $35/mo is going to be hard to find. The price of ram right now is high as well $300 or more just for 4x8GB DDr3 sticks.

Hey there,

Here's a small tutorial on how to find a budget server in Europe (specifically Germany)

1) Go to https://www.hetzner.com/?country=us
2) Dedicated Server -> Server Auction
3) Set pricing to "30 euros"
4) Set minimum RAM to 32 GB.
5) Look for offers like this:

Best of luck finding the proper server. Hetzner has an okay-ish support (I mean, just like most Germans they can understand and speak basic English, but not more or less.)

Their DDoS protection is pretty nice. I remember it being 160 Gbps-ish, not too sure actually.
Hetzner is using ArborNetworks hardware in their datacenters in Germany.
