Around about one month ago I was approached by a former advertiser / youtuber of my server on if I could make a new network full of fantastic plugins, developers and graphical designers! He goes by the name 'xDarzeth'. It didn't take long for me to decide whether I would quit the current network that I own and to take an adventure on this new network of servers!

The new network is set to attract over 500 players a day, with the first month to gain over 3000+ new members. We wish to grow as a brand for the players to enjoy themselves and feel like they do not have to 'pay to play'. By this we mean to create ranks that are cheap and affordable as well as not make it so everybody can only get cool features from buying a rank.

One of the Youtubers that my friend 'xDarzeth' films with is 'Bashurverse'. This Youtube Personality has over 1.8 million subscribers and is also willing to help create content on the network for people to enjoy! This will also help promote the network and increase the capacity of the community!

x1 Graphical Designer:
- Must Be Able To Create A Server Logo (Format Being .png)
- Server Logo Must Be Available In All Major Sizes (including .ico and .png)
- Teamspeak Icons Must Be Created
- A Youtube Banner And Youtube Logo Must Also Be Provided (Format Being .png)
- A Rank Will Be Provided (Top Donator Rank)
- Twitter Shoutouts Will Be Available
- For The Server Launch We Will Need Server Teasers For Twitter As Well As Other Social Medias.
- These Logos will Possibly Be Used On 'Bashurverse' and other Youtubers content Videos.
- Your Demands For Pricing Will Be Met To Our Best Possible Arrangement (However Will Not Be Paid Straight Away Until The Server Is Up)

I suggest you pay your workers after or before they make it because otherwise its not really a good deal to them because you have the higher chance of scamming also I dont know about you because your new to mcm and not everyone will trust you[DOUBLEPOST=1448550462,1448550428][/DOUBLEPOST]But I can see people paying after because they dont have enough money but want the stuff to be done with then they can pay the people when they get the money

They will be given the full payment after the server is created unless I can talk to the Bashur before and he agrees to pay them there and then. I have actually been on the website for a while now, i just dont comment very often - Roughly 4 or 5 months.
I do understand your concerns however.

I don't think a Wix site will encourage artists to draw for free either..

Just saying, high qual artists never do art before any sort of payment, thats just begging for scams XD Unless you form a sort of contract, promising payment after is very untrustworthy. I can go miles explaining different scenarios, but you should get the idea.

You'll have a hard time finding an artist willing to send you completed work without any payment. I don't know any "good" artists that would go near a deal like that (I'm sure there's a desperate artist somewhere on MCM though). However, if you're able to negotiate somehow, I require 50% payment after doing a rough sketch, and the other 50% once I've finished the logo. After that I send the finshed product(s).
