NoCheatPlus Config (Giving 1-3 Vouch Copies) (Cheap)

Ok, so I'm new to MC-Market and I want to give out a little something to the community.
I'm giving out 1-3 vouch copies depending on your vouches or reactions.

This NoCheatPlus config blocks every hack apart from Jesus. I am selling it for 3$ only or 5$ for a customised version

The 3$ Version is just the NoCheatPlus config itself with the normal /ncp notify messages

or

The 5$ Version is the NoCheatPlus config with customised /ncp notify which makes it look easier and more simple to understand.

Vouch, it isn't too bad of a configuration, I could see it improving over time if the OP continues to put effort into understanding the configuration.

I've left him a handful of notes to help him improve it.
