On inventory right click of item

Hello,

I am just looking for a simple plugin that would run a command when an item is right clicked in a players inventory. On a left click I would like the item to be moved around normally. I would also like the command to be run, item type, item name, and item lore to be configurable in a config file.

Do you mean it will show up a GUI? I believe plugins like ChestCommands are able to do this.. Not sure if the right-click item part is included in there.

Well, yes it will basically be opening a gui... the problem is that I am not talking about a right click while holding the item. I am talking about when you open your inventory and right click on it.
