Save your server list file and world files in your .minecraft folder then delete minecraft, reinstall it and replace the worlds / server .txt with the old ones

Did you try getting in contact with the developer of the plugin, inventivetalent?

I don't exactly think it's on your side, rather the plugin itself.

I had it with another plugin too (imgmap) A guy helped me out if I do stop the server instead of restart it it works but that's just a temporary solution
