Paypal Account limited, Info/Scenario listed

My business type paypal account got limited. I'm using this account to pay back investors as I was slowly getting some money.

I was stupid enough to let a friend log into a VPN and use my paypal to encrypt his data cuz he's paranoid about the whole internet stalking thing, and paypal I suspect limited my account because the IP addresses are different.

I can not provide the following :
- Bank account info (I don't have one)
- SSN (I used a generated one)
- Debit/VISA card (I tried linking a vanilla prepaid visa card, the ones you buy at 7/11 or something, doesn't verify it...)

Anyone got any ideas to call paypal up and unlimit my account? This is just such a bummer -_-

Double digits balance # inside that account, the account i worked hard to scrape up to eventually pay back my investors + ROI...? Yea.... I'll make a new one if needed but unless I attempt to call them first, i ain't going down without a fight.

I just need some story ideas essentially. Most likely I suspect the rep on the phone wont even know I used a VPN or the reason why my paypal was limited.

PayPal won't limit you because your IP is different. There must've been another reason.

I read on their articles for possible reasons why limitation on account... one of them was suspicion of identity theft or fraud.[DOUBLEPOST=1462227169][/DOUBLEPOST]Lets see if money motivates people here on Mc-Market. I'll give $10.00 USD friends and family to the person on MC-Market who can deliver the best story that would seem to work out for me to reclaim my account. I'll try calling paypal several times with each story or something, whichever one unlimits my account I will contact you back in PM to say you've "won".

How old are you? If you are younger than 18, just call them up and tell them the truth. I have heard many cases where they will let you keep your balance as long as you agree to downgrade to a student account. Currently my account is also limited (not for the same reason) ... wish me luck, I am calling tomorrow.

Did you try verifying paypal with VCC? If you did that method, just call paypal and tell them the truth. Avsterbone got 2k in his student PayPal account and isn't limited.

Let me add that ive tried telling paypal i was under 18 once. They immeaditely locke dmy account.[DOUBLEPOST=1462239613][/DOUBLEPOST]VCC right now won't help me since I can't buy it lol.. paypal was my lifeline for money
