Why not stay 1.9.2 until mojang takes further action lol? I doubt your players if they really love the server would screw you over by leaving cuz u wont update to 1.9.3.

OR you could just go EULA and properly follow Mojang, you should be able to be creative enough in thinking up to get custom plugins for cosmetic purposes. (I know i have XD)

I'd say a couple more vouches like you or people from the server who take screenshots in game on OP's server is sufficient proof he owns it. OP should also post in game screenshot of him being owner saying that he owns the server

The server has probably made more money than that, and with the player base as such, it is worth a lot of money, but not good for selling on here though, as no one will buy it.
