Let me make myself clear. I am looking for a custom plugin for Pixelmon. The developers should be familliar with forge and bukkit.

Pixelmon Ranking system explanation: So, if u want to participate - u do command to join in queue. Then whenever another person queues the 2 players get teleported in an arena.
When you get teleported the pokemon must be healed(a command called /pokeheal) and then battle must be initiated momentarily After the battle finishes, the victor gets points and the looser loose points and are immediatly teleported out of the arena without being
able to use the command /back.
The plugin is made to give the player a score besides their name in chat this score should depend on their wins and loses in pokemon battles against other players.
The players a score of 1000 E.g [1000] {Trainer} %name
Such plugin is presented in pixel.rc-gamers.com , log in there to see how it should look
To avoid spam abuse if only the same 2 people queue for the arena - they need to have a cooldown of 30min -1hr
