Hello motion designers of MCM! I am looking to hire an experienced motion designer to create us a high quality custom banner for my upcoming server.

Budget:
I do not have an extremely high budget for this, but I can definitely negotiate depending on the quality of your work. My budget is around $35, but do not think because that is my budget I will be paying that amount for all work. If I feel your quality is less, I will lower my price.

Melon has good budget ones, check him out.

Thanks for the reply. I talked to OwningProds , his banners are brilliant but sadly out of my budget. I'll check the other guy out.
