Professional Server Partner

I am looking for a partner to assist us with our server. I am flexible about what server type. I am looking for someone to split the costs equally with me (which will be about $10-15/month). You will get complete access to all panels and such. Profits will be split and I will be flexible regarding most stuff. We will be running the server very professionally with high standards to ensure we get the best results. Staff will be hard to find and it will not be easy to get into the staff team. $45 a month won't be enough to create the server, it would take a long time for it to be set up if only so little is added.
