PvPTimer Plugin

Looking for a pvptimer plugin. When you first join the server, you spawn in with pvp protection. The time you're protected for is configurable, and you are not allowed to pick up any items when youre protected. You can turn it off by doing /pvptimer off, and check your time left with /pvptimer check. No permissions, and this must be very lightweight.
