RaidHQ is going to be a new Factions server coming to minecraft

We are looking for some staff members to fill some ranks in the server



What were looking for:
- Will be in contact with the owner and other staff.
- Will be active on the server at all times
- Experienced staff

Some Information:
-WE Will have lots of custom plugins on our server to help keep it steady with players also donation ranks for extra permissions.


Ranks:

Admin Rank
This rank is the highest rank you could get up to It's a rank that means the owner trusts you and likes everything you do to support the server and that you put your dedication to the server.

Moderator Rank
Moderator rank is a rank that has higher permissions over Helper and they aren't trial like helpers Moderator is a full time job basically that means you been doing good as a helper.

Helper Rank
A helper is a person who has just got a staff rank and is new to the staff community who still needs the learn more.

Not a good idea, just stop being lazy and give them the proper permissions. There is no need for builders to be OP, and if you do end up giving them OP, it's going to screw you over eventually.

Builders don't stay op They will be OP. When there building maps on a private server. But on the original server they will have permissions.

Why not just have them build on the regular server, but give them certain perms?
There was a server that a friend used to own which got totally griefed after a builder who had op, got mad after getting raided.

Like I understand if you joke around here and there like I do, but you will understand what I mean when you start working with this individual.
