I need a plugin to teleport people into random places
These are the features that i need into it-
Everyone can use 1 time-free
After that, you can add a perm node to enter in unlimited times
but the unlimited times need to have a timer which can be set in config.

Portals can be easily made and make sure:
They cannot be spawned in:
- Lava
- Water/ocean
- Near Faction Bases

Also, custom messages that i can set and change in config
There is a plugin just like this that someone wants to resell to me but it doesnt have a timer on unlimited usage.
That is a very crucial feature, anyone hmu
