Regarding the EULA Server Blocks

During this week, Mojang announced it's intention of blacklisting servers that don't comply with their EULA.
As of yesterday, a link was revealed to the community that showcased the blocked servers.
It is now pretty much everywhere on the internet and I'm pretty sure most of you guys have heard about it.

P.S. It's encrypted in SHA-1.
Servers will be blacklisted with the 1.9.3 R2 update.

I understand why Mojang made the EULA but I don't think they should really enforce it. Donations is how servers keep going.

These 9years old stealing their parents credit cards and donating $100+ did that. Their parents contacted mojang and requested a chargeback when mojang is not affilated with any of these servers. These autistic 9year olds did that. I Can understand mojang as it is their game and they dont want rumous to be spread about it like * they enforced my son to spend $100 on that game * , but still its their parents' fault. If they were careful enough with their credit cards and paypal accounts or bank accounts they wouldnt have such problems. A kid may do such things because he is jealous of someone else.

Thats why mojang did this. They have a point but thats not the right way to prove their point.

They are enforcing it wrong lol. 50% or more of these servers are still on 1.8 and will stay 1.8. And some of them are already changing their names or sub domains... Doesn't really make sence.
