Who am I?
Hello, my name is Dalton I am the lead Manager for Eternal Realms, Eternal Realms is a upcoming network this summer, I am here to recruit a new highly skilled developer who could potentially assist us in making some of our ideas come to life in the form of a plugin.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a highly skilled developer who can code any plugin requested in the most efficient way possible, we will be requesting several plugins to be made some of which 100% custom and the rest well known ideas such as
- HCFactions
- DeathSigns
The rest of the plugins are a custom idea in which we believe to not ever been made before, we will not release the ideas here as previous ideas of ours have been stolen by developers, however if you wish to work along side us please fill out the application below and we will interview you either VIA skype conversation or call.
When accepted you will begin as a dedicated developer for only our Hardcore Factions server, if wanted to we will allow you to create more plugins that will be needed and have the opportunity to become Eternal Realms full time developer. Please be aware that this job is a pay per project and you will be payed (%) upon start of the project and the rest afterward once the project has been completed and approved as a fully working and compatible plugin to use within our Hardcore Faction Server.
We are looking for a developer who is very active within inside the community of either MCMarket and Spigot, the more reputable the better, as a developer you must be active and have access to skype for updates on how your project is going and be able to discuss deadlines and such. If you do not have access to a MIC please do not apply as we are looking for developers who have the ability to speak within side a large group of people ranging from 1 - 5 people, whilst giving updates there will be Eternal Realms managers within inside the call to brainstorm ideas for upcoming projects.

Payment:
Payment as previously stated above will work as a Pay Per Project, you will be payed (%) upon start of the project and the rest afterward once the project has been completed and approved as a fully working and compatible plugin to use within our Hardcore Faction Server.
We are set to negotiate a price for each plugin gave to you, there is no set price or budget for this project as we are looking to negotiate with you for a price, we are doing this for the reasons of if we gave a max budget of $1,000.00 USD the developer would quote high as he knew we are serious and looking spend money, however since our budget is not that high we will not be going up to anywhere near $1,000.00 USD, the price range for this project is as said negotiable only.
