Requesting One Admin

Hi Mc-Market, My name is ForswornMC, I currently have a Factions Server already set up, it's about 80% of the way done. I just need to set up votifier and a few last shop signs.
This server won't have that many custom features at the beginning, but as I see promise, and dedication from you and as well as the other staff, and the community, I shall add more features. I have a friend who is a great Plugin Developer, He coded me two plugins, a TokenShop plugin, as well as a BossBarPlugin. I really can count on him when the time comes.

So saying all that, I am in need of a Server-Admin/Manager, Basically, since you're the first Admin I'm going to hire, you are going to be the Head-Admin, just without the prefix. You are going to be the ONLY OP person on the server, besides me.

I need you to help the community grow by hosting daily events which should include the following : MineParties (Low-Class Ores&Gems) , DropParties (Low-Level Items), Hide&Seek, or Really anything the community votes on!

You will Also need to be very experienced with the following :
- Plugins
- Plugin Management and Configurations
- Building (You don't have to be skilled)
- Being able to give fair and non-biased punishments to every player that deserves a punishment.
- No favoritism, meaning you can't side with one player because you like them more, or you can't give that player less or more warnings because you know them.
- Won't abuse OP permissions, won't abuse their title in general.
- Enforces the rules and website rules, you will be the backbone of the server, without you, the server dies(not litterally).
- Set the example for Me, yourself, and fellow staff members and community.
- Be able to set the standards for the new staff and players, you are the role model of the server.

I would like this person to be at least 17 years old, But I will go as low as 16, reason being, I see younger audiences to be more immature in most cases.

If you wish to apply, please make your own application format, as I think being creative and coming up with your own ideas and creations are needed for a rank such as this.

Experience:Been working on server development for 3-4 years can't remember exactly.I've owned a server in 2012 that reached 200 players in a month of it's opening(In Romania)and i've been working with a lot of communities by now.Kappa

(Got bored so I will skip the other useless things).

-Experience(a lot of )
-Been helping a lot of servers(so i know the shit)
-Know Bukkit(Haven't been doing anything in 6-7 months so I don't know yet Spigot and other shits)
-Advanced gaming experience
-I speak english and france(a bit) P.S romanian too (but no one cares):(
-Creative
-Able to put at least 20 hours a week(If needed)
-A bit offensive
-Devoted

-I don't have a fix schedule so I yeah
-Oldschool(For example I don't like to look trough a plugin to solve it's errors.I like to take it from 0 and remake it.Which is annoying for some people)
