Hello, I am the owner of an upcoming server. I am planning to create a towny sever that I need a good bit of custom addons for the server. I am looking for free developers who are willing to work alongside the server. I can offer a vouch in return. If you don't want to help that's fine that you should be paid I am just trying to make this server on a low budget. I will do pay per project in the future once we start growing.
Why I expect a good server startup? I am working alongside someone who grew a 100 playerbase and I myself have 5 years of experience running servers, I have a broad range of talents. I do not know much java myself but I am getting into coding. I am taking an AP class for Computer Science Principles. Enough about me though, I am planning the entire staff framework and making sure that we have an interactive staff crew. Then I have the custom features that make us much more fun then competitors (will be discussed in PMs.) These will range from very easy to medium. Nothing should be too hard.
