Requesting second owner

Hello MC-Market

So I'm looking for a second owner to start a network with me.
I've not planned gamemodes but I'm looking for skyblock and maybe skywars etc.
I'm just looking for a second owner, not two.
I've owned multiple servers before and some did good some did not, but I had the same issue every time. I simply needed another owner to help me, it was to much stress and I couldn't keep it up myself.
After that time I've been staff on multiple servers but the often just shut down after a month.
My best experience comes from Forcide, I was a mod for over 2 months but then resigned.
(I'm 14 and English isn't my main language so I may have some grammar mistakes)

Requirements:
You need to be mature
Over 14 years (If you turn 14 this year exceptions can be made)
You need to have money to invest
Must get a monthly income
You need have previous experience
You need have discord and Teamspeak
You need to know how to start a network
You need have a working microphone
You must understand English and how to speak it
