I doubt you can get that domain.

No I mean just the name of the server because i already have the vex domain pvp.vexmc.us
I just wondering if I recreate the server

You can use the same name noone cares about that.
People are buying similar domains of big networks just to get the players that misstype the server ip.
So really noone cares if you use the name of another server. And 60% of servers are using downloaded maps.

You might run into some issues. I would wait a little bit longer to see if they try to revamp the dead server.
