Satelliting is an online virtual organization that is comprised of many different sectors and groups which contribute to it as an entire organization. The Minecraft build team is just one of those sectors. However, since this is a new sector, we are currently looking for people who would be interested in joining us.

In order to join us, you need to complete the application provided completely. We require all members to have a Skype and an email that they check actively.

Our builders are given 65% of the profit from a commission that is split up among the builders based on work provided for each commission. For example, if a commission if $20, the builder will get $13 (if two builders helped evenly, each would receive $7.50).

Cool enough website but only 65% going towards the builders is simply ridiculous. Most half decent teams give 85% and upwards.

65% is more than reasonable to our current team and we feel that is appropriate. Of course, we typically give them more on more expensive builds, but 65% is the lowest on our cheaper builds. Dealing with builds that are $50+, we typically will give 80%.

Even for lower builds 65% is way too low in my eyes, my team gives 100% of the commission if it's solo, and if it's a team build gives 95%.

That is way too high. I have to do a lot for my team, and not just in terms of building. I help with the design process of every build & I am the one who gets all the builds, clients, and contacts for us.

I pay for hosting a website, server I find clients, do all the interaction and payments, and talking, only thing my builders do is build what i ask them too, so you don't do "A lot" for your team, you simply want it to be a way for you to gain money without working as hard as you should, at least that is my opinion- others can disagree and say you should get a little less than Half of what your builders build for.

On a side note, do you have any builders besides people you knew before opening the team?

I opened the team from a group of builders I found. It happened at basically the same time I met them, not really like friends before business thing.

Also, I do a lot more than just what you said. You, however, are just not as experience in how people should get paid for their services since you are probably a child and would not really know that stuff, but I understand why.

I'm part of entity builds we get paid completly fairly Ninja takes no money to himself if let's say I do a $40 spawn by myself I'll get $40 and if it were I and another we discuss a fair price but Ninja never takes our money he's completely fair and honest and an amazing owner.

Don't talk crap about someone who has more moral support and who is good at what he does we get alot of commissions so he's doing everything right I'd recommend Entity Builds much more fair than what this guy is offering.

That is your opinion. I am not doing "nothing." I do a lot more than most build team leaders. Sorry, but I did not ask for suggestions on how to build my team.

I am sure many would agree you calling me "Some Child" and saying I lack experience on MCM (May I remind you this is a website for businesses) is plenty of insulting, and if you can say such things, the fact that you think what I said (Which Im glad many MCM members supported me) is "attacking" you is pathetic. Also, we are allowed to post our opinions on your thread, which is what I have been doing, and only been replying to your counter arguments since.

You are yet to say what you do that is "A lot more than most build team leaders" - Please enlighten me, and anyone else who is wondering.

I was simply giving my opinion, that was not an insult. You are, are you not, a child aged anywhere from 8-15? You did not simply give an opinion, you started to attack me after I gave my opinion.

Everything I said can be also considered an opinion, if your can be.

But your opinion stated is in the form of an attack towards what I said. You do not have to like what I said, but respect is something a business person should have. Which is something you clearly lack.

2). Im not going to say something that proves I have no real counter claim

I expect no "respect" from you, never did- but I do expect that if you yourself cannot take negative words, then you most defiantly should not say them yourself.

My question for you and what is still related to this thread is the Following :

Are you trying to prove a point? You do realize by you making this post and then claiming to back off only shows that you still do not wish to back off? You need to learn to just keep what is unnecessary to others to yourself. Your post throughout this thread show your lack of maturity and that you cannot take being rebutted, much like a child. Therefore, please keep off my thread. Your initial and final post, both of which prove you have no self control in any business setting, are not helping your case.
