A few days ago I posted a thread looking for a developer and this guy msg me on discord called: Nytroh. I asked him to make me a plugin and he offered me a price of 30 so I asked him to do it so first i pay 15 and then after he is done i pay the other 15. At first he didn't like the idea and wanted all the money in 1 go, but I said no. Then he also wanted me to do F&F but I said no and paid in G&S so he gave me a time-frame of 4 days. After 4 days he stop with replying to my msg and said he was getting hit off. 6 days later and nothing so I got tired of waiting and then told him I would open a charge if he didnt give me what I asked for and still he did not reply. So I open a case on paypal and it is being revised. So just a heads up in case he msg anyone else. DO NOT trust him he is a scammer.
