Searching for Long Term Developer

Hey Mc-Market I have spent a large part of the last 4 months here and over that time I have been creating lots of ideas of my own. I am now looking to put these ideas in action, with the help of an experienced developer like yourself I feel WE could achieve great things. Yes, I am saying WE because I am looking to partner with you meaning splitting profits 50/50. Now I know a lot of people prefer upfront payment and I respect that but this does not apply to you, this is for those who were looking to create a server and just lacked the ideas, and funding. I do have funds, I just figure partnering with a developer will save a lot of money that I can then put towards others things like builds and advertising.
