I must say that if you are really looking for spawn that'll blow people away then i don't think Mc-Market is the best place. Here are some nice builders and occasionally you can see some very nice builds but in general most builders here are offering medium quality builds ... For top quality builds i personally would suggest these guys: http://www.planetminecraft.com/member/gocreative/ ; http://www.planetminecraft.com/member/everbloomstudios/?formally=MysticAbsents but unfortunately their pricing is way over your budget... Nevertheless i suggest to look around forum and when you find any builds/build quality you like just PM builder...i believe that will be the best way how to find your builder...

When I saw your budget I knew you were going to look for something not really common in there. I would be glad to discuss the details of the map through skype with calm and time, (If you don't the map now and can wait for it to be built) as well as to show you my personal portfolio, which is still not public because I am working on the renders.
