I've recently started to do Graphic Design again after about 6 months of quitting, and I am able to make:

Animated Server Banners (Price depends on quality)

Banners

Logos

Thumbnails

And anything else Graphic Design related really. I could even get somebody you dont happen to like banned off a server, if that is something anyone is interested in.

As I said in the original post, I quit doing Graphic Design around 6 - 7 months ago, so I don't have any vouches on here. I have done work for COD clans, if you would like me to name the channels and you can see the work.
