Twitter, or an area / server that I am apart of, or used to be.
I'm here now to offer
my management position for Senior , or Larger areas.
Unfortunately, I do not manage servers that are just
starting up, or do not have intention to give a monthly / weekly payment
of my management works. It's only available to senior projects, or large projects/servers.
About Me:
- I'm 19, from California.
I enjoy the outdoors, and music overall.
I started to play Minecraft around 2011, then I got into
the game. I didn't go onto server forums until two years later,
then I started becoming staff on large servers, and my experience
started there. I began to manage servers two years ago, and ever since
then, I've been making money apart from my job on Minecraft.

What I offer as a Manager:
- Staff Handling (No assistance needed)
Straighten up the Team, use a better Communication
Platform, and Evolve the Staff Team at whole.
- Server Bugs (Some assistance possible)
Handle Server Bugs, when there are bugs or if already is,
Do weekly Bug Squashes, Hire others, Clean up the server.
- Forum Management
- Manages main aspects of forums, forum members,
announcements, bans, forum bans, discouragements, etc.
- Global Administration
Assisting the Manager, Donation Support, Ban Reports/Appeals.
( Along with Helper , Moderator Jobs )
Commission Management:
- For GFX Designers, Builders, etc.
Manage Commissions, handle money (or it gets sent to you)
Get large commissions.
Content Management:
- Manages events, nothing goes
through to public / the community without
the Content Managers approval, manage
documents, punishments, etc.
Other:
Managing Builders, Build Teams, Graphic Designers,
Hosting Services, Teams, YouTube Teams, etc.

Negotiate through Skype.
Mainly depending on how large the Server is,
how much work I'm here to do, and how well the community is.

Community Management: Responsible for Managing the Community. Duties piling up managing the Staff Team, Twitter, Forums, and the Community overall. The Community Manager assists the CEO / Founder or Owner of the Project. I manage the Staff Team, Promotions & Demotions and follow how the Server / Project goes. Manages events, forum announcements, etc. If not already, responsible for finding YouTubers, Graphic Areas, and Advertisement services. Keeping a good reputation as the position, along with hiring executive Administrators for Bug Reports, Assistance with Staff Handling, Forum Administration, Global Administration, and Donation Support. Overall Evolving the Staff Team and Server one step by another.
Global Executive Administration: Responsible for Assisting the Manager (If any) , Bug Reports, Forum Administration, and Donation Support. This goes for Financial and Content Management. Events are not open to the public without the Global Administration / Financial/Content Manager’s approval. Assistant Staff Management, as a Global Administrator I watch out for the Helpers, and Moderators. I setup events, and do Moderator / Sr. Moderator duties when they are not done. I bring up documents, and evolve the team with the Manager.

This was two years back, when I was 17.
I started out as a Helper, and focused on getting promoted, and earning my way up. Once I gained their trust, I was then asked for the position of 'Head of Gym' . I accepted this offer, as it was a large community, and I had nothing much to do. I was to hire gym Leaders, and do the same a manager would for helpers. The manager then resigned, and I was there to take the position. It was great, I was paid a very good amount, but unfortunately it closed not very long after I was hired. My duties were to hire Helpers, manage the Staff (Helpers, Moderators, Senior Moderators, & Jr. Admins. I was to do Donation Support, and reports & appeals as the Moderators jobs as well.

Started out as a Helper, moved on to a Moderator quickly a month later. Job was to do Ban Reports & Appeals, monitor chat, monitor other helpers, continue my job as a Helper, searching for bugs and assist the owner in recording. (TheCampingRusher)

PrimeMC:

I have recently resigned from Prime, leaving my mark. I started as a helper on PrimeMC, then I was promoted to Moderator not too long ago. My duties as a helper were to manage forum posts, ex: wrong areas, spam posts, etc. PrimeMC had LiteBans, which I am very familiar / experienced with. As a Moderator, I was to accept or deny Ban Appeals & Reports, and do the same doings as a helper would do.
LemonCloud

I was recently a helper for LemonCloud, however I could not manage other servers while being staff on here. My job was to monitor chat, & do Ban Reports and Appeals. It was a fun job overall, good while it lasted.

As the Community Manager/Manager I left my mark setting up The Communication Platform, Forums, buycraft, handbook, etc. I brought lost of time into this project, and money. You can still visit it, It's on Gruss's profile I believe. Duties: For the most part, I accepted & denied Staff Applications, managed everything in-game, gathered staff, had the logo made, and many other. The site can still be found, you can contact Gruss about it, It's still as great (not open yet I believe)
