Server/Bungee Setup

I am looking to hire someone that can setup a bungeecord from my hub server to my factions and skywars servers, im looking to find someone for the end of next week, i know it close to christmas and most people will be busy, so i figured i will start looking now, i also need that person to take an empty server (i already own) and setup skywars.

I am having extreme issues finding people that can actually do what they say, i will pay in advance (friday the 18th) but the work must be completed before the end of the weekend.

if you cannot do it dont message me, i already have 400USD in someone elses pocket and a bunch of plugins with no jar files and they wont show up on my server. (if anyone has any ideas as to that problem let me know)
