I want to help servers have better overall quality, this is done by having a excellent-looking hub/spawn!

Seems very clear to me.... no where does he state he is selling the spawn. He shows his portfolio and says he is offering his services... you should read things properly.

"rep", also known as reputation, is not a number you can look up. It never was. It's a intangible value that's determined by the deals you've made and your overall conduct on this and other websites. It's always relative and never absolute.

I'll never be able to say "X's reputation is 50% better than Y's reputation".
But I can say "X has a better reputation than Y".

I came to ItsMotra last night looking for a space themed Factions drop-down spawn for my upcoming server. Sam catered to my budget and requirements, immediately getting to work on the commission. He provided me with a base layout initially to see my thoughts and then got to work on a super cool spawn, sending me screenshots every once and a while with progress updates. He initially said he would finish it tomorrow night, but I was delighted to see that my build was done and ready for me to download when I woke up.
