My name is Oliver and I am 14. I live in Europe and speak English. I am a hard working person with great responsibility. I am a serious person when I need to get something done I do it as fast as possible.
Introduction
I am looking to manage a server, please note that I will have to be paid for this position. The reason why you should choose me is because I love helping people around communities and have great hard working skills. As a manager I will do my best, if you need help then it will be me who fixes it. If I cannot fix it then I will hire a developer with my own money. I can spend about 6 - 8 hours on a server. I will follow the owners commands I will do what he tells me to do. If he/she gives me 30$ to spend on a build for the server I will do my best to find the most quality building service (example). I can sign any contract as long as it relates to what I do. I will hire new staff and also manage it if needed, I will give them interviews etc.. I do have plugin experience if there is anything for me to setup I will do my best to set it up (Ranks, Voting Buycraft etc..). Please note that you have to be patient with me, I have a life too and there might be times where I would be in a bad mood. I will obey any rules the owner gives me.

Communication:
I am a very kind player and very friendly toward the players in the community or to anyone who may possibly comes and talks to me whether it is in temaspeak or in-game. When I start helping a player I will listen to what they are saying very carefully to see what their issue is while thinking off a possible way how to resolve it. If I do not understand or know how to answer the players issue, I will ask a higher staff who may be able to help resolve the issue. As said, I listen carefully meaning I am very concentrated at the time needed this means that the player will get the best outcome they deserve, If the issue takes a long time, I will dedicate as much effort into the issue I also have a good microphone/headset meaning the player will be able to understand be easier and quicker.
Maturity:
In my opinion, I am quite a mature person. Sometimes I may have a little joke around but at the times needed, I will deal with situations properly and never joke about while there is an issue. I am quite an easy person to get a long with when you get to know me as I have said, I do joke about sometimes this may include laughing around with friends but on the overhand when it is an issue I will dedicate as much effort and time into it.
Honesty:
In my opinion I am very honest to everyone who may stumble across me, I will always tell my true opinion or truth no matter what the incident is I will never just listen to one person, I will get both sides off the story. I'm always trying to be a respectful and kind player in the community meaning I will not lie to players or staff about a issue I may have resolved or whatever the matter is.
Concentration:
I am always focused on whatever I am currently doing, When I am focused it is not hard to get distracted unless something major is happening. On a variety off servers, you see staff doing different things this means that I will always stay concentrated on the task I am doing that that time and that time only and not move onto another players issue.
Activity:
As I know, becoming a staff member you need to be very active this always includes forums, in-game or Teamspeak, I can always concentrate and cover all three off these options as I have a lot off playtime (4 days) Being more active within the community as a staff member will be very important because I will be able to resolve more issues and help players quicker.
Responsibility:
Having a good responsibility is very important if you are staff on server, If I had made a mistake I would not leave the issue or give up on it, I will not stop trying to resolve the issue, If I do not have the knowledge to resolve this issue my self, I would contact a higher member off staff to help me. Everybody in life makes mistakes, If we do you have to try step up and solve the issue instead of leaving it.
Dedication:
I am a very dedicated person to try finish what I have started meaning Screen shares or issues. I will never stop because that shows I am lazy and have not put enough effort or dedicated time towards the job. I have never given up on any issue and I am not willing to give up any time in the future. I like multiple quotes including dedication;
