Minecraft Server Management
Hello, Welcome to my thread. I am looking for a Management Team for my Server. It is just starting to be built up, this team will work alongside with me to bring the community a bright, fun, and loving server. We're all learning, if you don't know something here and there, that is alright!
In the Management Team, I included, am not 'over' anyone. We'll all make decisions that we best believe will benefit the server. I ask you to be at least 15. I do not ask of you to be 100% professional as we all have our moments, however, I ask of you to be professional when speaking about the server errors, issues, or bugs; Server upgrades, and administration.
You are NOT a normal staff member. You do have more access and are able to do more than a staff member. There will not be an 'Owner' role, the Administrator role will replace it. If there is one thing I can not stand is more than one Owner.
Picking a staff member will be done as a group, not an individual. The staff members must be at least 14 years of age & be VERY mature; The last thing a server needs is a staff member who Bans, Mutes, Kicks, or Temp Bans a person for little or no reason at all.
A link will be provided to submit an application. Once done, you may comment on this post stating your application has been completed. I only need a few people however, all applicants are welcome.
Your payment would be via Buycraft, all donations would be split between 3 people.
