Co-owners should work together, you shouldn't make someone do all the work and not even op them. You are asking for someone to advertise, run social media accounts, and stuff like that. That job is called "MANAGER"

why not just op them instead of giving them all perms? Obviously you won't trust anyone so who would want to work with you?
Because there is such things as "permissions" no need to have access to 100% of the permissions.
You make it seem like all they do is sit there at spawn and watch chat?
Would if they actually want to play the game and not just sit at spawn watching chat/watching other people play

They dont need access to give items to them selves/others
They dont need acess to worldedit
they dont need acess to ALOT OF SHIT

They can earn that right. They earn the trust. Once i feel they are trusted., If there is a need to be op'd; then sure!
But im not gonna hire some random on some minecraft forums and say oh your hired, heres access to all my server files here's op. Imma be afk for awhile. So do anything you want while im away... No that's ridiculous

The term is couldn't care less. Saying I could care less implies that you care very much and could somehow care less.
Couldn't care less implies that you already care a minimal amount and couldn't care a lesser amount.
